Remove all status effects from a player, players, or entities.
mobs.clearEffect(mobs.target(NEAREST_PLAYER))

- target: the player, players, or entities to remove all effects from:
NearestPlayer,LocalPlayer,RandomPlayer,AllPlayers,AllEntities,MyAgent.
